We collect personal data only when you submit it through the website's forms:

• Partnership inquiry form: company name, contact person's name, business email, telephone, industry, company website (optional), partnership interests, and a business description.
• Request-information form: full name, email, telephone, country (optional), company name, industry, company website (optional), nature of inquiry, and your message.
• Investing in Our Future application: full name, age, city, email, telephone, education level, field of expertise and LinkedIn or portfolio link (optional), your answers for the chosen pathway, and an optional document (CV or business proposal).
• We do not ask for national ID numbers, financial details or any sensitive category of data.

03How data is collected

Data is collected only from the forms you complete. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records brief technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations under its own policies. The website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

04Purposes and lawful basis

• Responding to and evaluating your inquiry or partnership request (based on your explicit consent at submission and on steps taken at your request prior to a contract).
• Evaluating Investing in Our Future applications and contacting selected applicants (based on your consent).

08Retention and deletion

We keep submission data for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to it, then for the period required by our legal obligations or our legitimate interest in keeping a record of correspondence, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

09Security

The whole website is served over HTTPS. Forms validate input and guard against automated submission, and submission contents are never written to operational logs. Access to submissions is limited to authorised staff.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

• Request correction or completion of your data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
